Darlene Dorothy (Baker) Bullman, 95, of Greenfield, IN, passed away on July 8, 2018 at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield, IN. Darlene was born December 28, 1922, in Normal, IL, to Perry William Baker and Georgina (Skinner) Morton. After completing her education, she later met and married her husband, Arthur Bullman, who preceded her in death. Darlene worked for many years for Naval Avionics, after which she worked raising and taking care of her family. Darlene had many joys in life, she enjoyed quilting, tending to her garden and flowers, cooking, but found the most joy in the time she spent with her family and friends, who will all miss her very much. She is survived by her daughter, Janet (Jim) Bradbury; son, Gary (Carla) Bullman; son, Andrew (Brenda) Bullman; daughter-in-law, Deborah Bullman; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Arthur Bullman, Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kent Bullman; grandson, Jason Bradbury; as well as her siblings. The family would also like to thank the staff at Springhurst Health Campus for their care of Darlene and their family over the past two years. A memorial service for Darlene will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 12 PM at Hendryx Mortuaries – New Palestine Chapel, 19 E. Main St., New Palestine, IN, 46163. Friends may visit from 10 AM until the time of service at the mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Darlene’s memory to Season’s Hospice Indianapolis or charity of the donor’s choice.
