GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Public Library board of directors welcomed a new member during Tuesday’s meeting.
Michelle Hasty, who works at Maxwell Intermediate School and is involved with Hancock County 4-H and the Hancock County Purdue Extension, was appointed to the board to replace Reed Tarwater, who had completed a four-year term on the board.
Hasty is a long-time organizer of the Hancock County 4-H Fair queen pageant. She is appointed by the Hancock County Council.
