If you are looking for a caring, fair, merciful and kind individual for judge, then Scott Sirk is the one to vote for. My husband and I confidently recommend Scott for the position of Circuit Court Judge. Scott excels in many areas, but family law, criminal and civil litigation are his main responsibilities as Hancock County Court Commissioner.
Personally, we have seen firsthand how wonderful Scott Sirk is. We were foster parents in a Child-in-Need-of-Services (CHINS) case he presided over as a judge. Not only did he understand what the role of a foster parent is in a CHINS case, he always praised us for taking in a little one when you never know what the outcome is going to look like. We are so appreciative of his focus on the children in these difficult cases.
When we found out Scott was running for judge, we were thrilled as we have wanted to introduce him to our little one as we have just recently adopted her. Not only is he a man of integrity, he is understanding, trustworthy and compassionate. We are looking forward to promoting Scott more around Hancock County as a family and getting out to vote on May 8.
