GREENFIELD — The city street department plans a giveaway of limb and leaf grindings and mulch. From 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, a loader tractor will be available to move grindings and mulch south of the city’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, 809 S. State St.
