Martha M. Zornes, 82, of Markleville, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born April 19, 1934, in Wilkinson the daughter of the late George R.D. and Ethel (McCorkle) Masters.
Martha worked at National Tile in Anderson and retired from Delco Remy after several years of service. She was a loving person and loved spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include sister, Catherine (Stephen) Barkdull of Pendleton; brother, Jerry (Doris) Masters of Wilkinson; stepsons, Michael Zornes, Steven (Lori) Zornes, Brother in law Larry (Linda) Zornes; sister-in-law, Linda (Don) Dryer and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Winfred Zornes; brothers, Maurice, Bill, Larry and Joseph Masters; sisters, Lola Batson, Betty Masters, Mary McClaron, Anna Masters.
Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Saturday, February 25, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Rev. Neal Brown officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to Noon prior to the service. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
