Theresa Gail Lewis, 53, died on December 31, 2016, at IU Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on December 30, 1963, in Lebanon, Ind. to Donald and Elsie Miles
Theresa married Mike Lewis on May 26, 1984, in Greenfield. Theresa was active on Facebook and a member of many online book clubs. She enjoyed gardening and received a Master Gardener award from Purdue University. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, spending time with her beloved dog, Ernie, and most of all, Theresa was a wonderful cook and baker.
Theresa is survived by her spouse of 32 years, Mike Lewis; her son, Zachary (Brittany); daughter, Taylor; son, Tanner all of Noblesville; mother, Elsie (York) Wheeler and stepfather, Larry Wheeler of Anderson , Ind.; brother, Steve (Jessica) Skelton of Indianapolis.
Theresa was preceded in death by father, Donald Lee Miles.
A private memorial service will be Sunday, January 8, 2017.
