Connie K. Scrogham, 64, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday evening, April 19, 2015, at the Grandview Convalescent Center in Martinsville. Connie was born March 9, 1951, in Indianapolis, to her parents, the late Fred and Anna Leona (Betts) Scrogham.
Connie was a member of the Hyndsdale Christian Church and a former member of the Morgantown Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed reading, walking, traveling and playing Bingo.
She is survived by siblings Kathleen (Paul) Conway and Wilma Woodruff both of Greenfield, Terry Sisk of Avon, Douglas (Charlotte) Scrogham of Franklin, John (Jewel) Scrogham of Wilkinson and Stanley Scrogham of Freedom. Connie will be remembered by her 14 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews and four great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sisters Rosemarie Scrogham, Doris Scrogham and Barbara Tackett; brothers Lennis and Gilbert Scrogham.
Friends may call from noon until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Susan Hanscom will conduct a funeral service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St., in Morgantown. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
