The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:
Feb. 13
Angela R. Fiscus pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 54 days executed and 311 days suspended; 311 days formal probation; restitution to Low Bob’s or the Indiana State Lottery for $51 in tickets and any winnings to be determined. Fine and cost: $168.
Kristopher Holland pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $568.
Aaron McCorkle pleaded guilty to domestic battery; 365 days in jail with 60 days executed and 305 days suspended; 305 days formal probation; no contact with victim; domestic violence counseling. Fine and cost: $168.
Jose M. Cervantes pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail with eight executed and 52 suspended; 357 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $800.
Stephen D. Lanter pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Christopher B. Barnett pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $568.
