Bill J. Denney, 63, of Shirley died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at Heritage House in New Castle following an extended illness. He was born Oct. 13, 1950, in New Castle, a son of Larson and Marie (Rhodes) Denney.
He is survived by two brothers, David (Kay) Denney of Knightstown and Ronald Denney of Shirley; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Thursday. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2014, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Reverend Charles Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in McCray Cemetery.
