Sally S. (Helsley) Hartman, 66, of Greenfield, died Friday, May 9, 2014. She was born on March 5, 1948, as the daughter of Forrest J. and Vera D. (Ritchey) Helsley. Sally was married to the late Charles Hartman.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Rick) Johnson; brothers, Jim Helsley and Bobby Helsley; sister, Nancy Helsley; and granddaughter, Tara Paolella.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jody Jack; son, Michael Jack; brother, Max Helsley; and sisters, Lois Helsley and Phyllis Henderson.
Visitation will be from Noon- 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary and Crematory. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Pastor Ira Scott will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
