Dorothy M. “Dot” Harker, 80, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at Hancock Regional Hospital, Greenfield. She was born Aug. 21, 1933, in Washington, Ind., to the late James and May (Evans) Devine.

Dorothy was a graduate of Washington High School in Washington, Ind.  She married Charles R. Harker on May 25, 1954 and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She attended the First Christian Church of Greenfield, loved to paint and was an avid I.U. fan.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Charles of Greenfield; sons, Tim Harker of Mich. and Chuck (Barb) Harker of Noblesville; daughter, Karen (Mark) Jackson of Greenfield; sister, Helen (Leroy) Streepy of Odon, Ind.; seven grandchildren and two great -grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by brothers, Tom, Gene and Joe Devine and sisters, Alice Lannan and Wilma Arthur.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service.  Services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
