James S. Dethridge Jr., 24, a long time Rushville resident, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, in Rush County. James was born on Nov. 26, 1988, in Greenfield, Ind., to James and Lori (Yenowine) Dethridge.
James worked as a farmhand in Rush County. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his daughter.
James leaves behind his parents, James Dethridge of Spiceland and Lori (Yenowine) Dethridge of Greenfield; daughter, Sophie Kae Dethridge of Greenfield; brother, Rex Yenowine and Fiancé, Katie Lacey of Greenfield, sisters, Kayleigh (Mark) Gordon, and Mallory Dethridge both of Rushville.
Friends are welcome to visit from 4 – 8 p.m., at the mortuary, Friday, Nov. 8. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Moster Mortuary, Rushville with Steve Abernathy presiding. Burial will be in Rushville’s East Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a fund for his daughter Sophie.
