Donald Edward Linne
Donald Edward Linne, 68, a 40 year resident of Greenfield passed away Aug. 28, 2013, at St. Vincent, Hospice in Indianapolis.He was born May 31, 1945, in Henryville, Ind., to the late Stanley Taylor and Ruth (Tackett) Dodge.
He was a pattern maker at Navistar in Indianapolis, where he retired. He was a 40 year member to Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. Donald lived his life here in Greenfield but had a farm he loved to work on in Franklin County.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene (Koch) Linne; daughter, LeAnna Rowe; son, Andy (April) Linne; brother, Elmer Ray Linne of Henryville; sisters, Rosella Foster and the late Linda Turner; grandsons, Brodey, Jamey & Sam Rowe, Cory & Dale Rowe, Noah Linne and Ethan Herzog.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday Sept. 3, 2013, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco chapel 1780 West Main St. Greenfield, IN 46140. Funeral service was Wednesday Sept. 4, 2013, at 2 p.m. with a one hour visitation before the service. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon cemetery.
