Lyndle R. Tabb
Lyndle R. Tabb, 89, of Fortville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Greenfield. He was born April 4, 1924, in Drakesboro, Ky. to the late Virgil J. and Geneva Belle (Gilbert) Tabb.
Lyndle retired from the former Brookside Corporation as a Group Leader after 31 years service and was an avid Mt. Vernon sports enthusiast. He had attended the Fortville Christian Church and was a member of the Grandview Church of the Brethren.
Lyndle is survived by wife Clestiabelle (Hausafus) (Frazer) Tabb, whom he married December 27, 1964; son, Terry (Cindy) Tabb of Fortville; daughter, Vickie Mattox of Greenfield; stepsons, Larry (Sarah) Frazer of Cohen, Ala. and Ronald L. Frazer of Ingalls; stepdaughter, Linda K. (Mitch) Lanning of Greenfield; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Louise Crafton and Norine Keeling; and brother, Adrian Tabb.
Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2013, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. A Celebration of Lyndle’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
