David Fowler, 50, of Greenfield, passed away July 17, 2013, in Indianapolis.  He was born on April 12, 1963, in Newport, Ark., as the son of Doyle Wayne Fowler and Betty Joanne Rooks. He married Debbie (Bills) Fowler on Nov. 26, 1982.

He worked for Indiana Automotive Fasteners in tool and die from 1997 to present. He was a member of HOG – Harley Owners Group and also a member of Abate. David enjoyed playing music and going to the casino. He was a member of the band, Riley’s Rage.

Surviving him are his spouse, Debbie; son, Dale Wayne (fiancé, Nichole Martin) Fowler of Greenfield; father, Doyle Fowler of McCrory, Ark.; sister, Becky (John) Reed of Greenfield; sister-in-law, Cathy Cole of Greenfield; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dale and Phyllis Bills of Greenfield; uncle, Fred “Butch” Rooks of Arkansas; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Betty Joanne; grandparents, Louise and Fred Rooks, Alvin and Lular Fowler; and brothers-in-law, Bob Bills and Keith Cole.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Faith Apostolic Church, 70 Tyler Ave. Greenfield, IN 46140. The funeral service will immediately follow beginning at 2 p.m. Reverend John Reading will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
