Ruth Ann (Gaby) Dold, 76, of Pendleton, formerly Zionsville, died Jan. 1, 2014, at her home in Pendleton. She was born Aug. 11, 1937, at home in White County, Ind. She was the daughter of Cecil and Bertha (Croutcher) Gaby.
She attended Burnettsville High School and graduated from Twin Lakes High School in Monticello, Ind. In 1974 she married Ron Dold, who preceded her in death in 2003.
Survivors include her four children, Don Dague of Pendleton, Beth Brown Harrington of Anderson, Colo., Joe Dague, USAF of Illinois and Paula Rector of Newnan, Ga.; seven grandchildren, Chris Brown of Pendleton, Cori Dague of Ohio, Katie, Becca and Ryan Dague of Illinois and A.J. and Ben Rector of Newnan, Ga. and a sister, Maxine Weaver of Idaville.
She was preceded in death by parents; three sisters, Norma Jean Frye of Kewanna, Lola Pauline Butch and Jane Smith both of Logansport; three brothers, Russell Gaby and Cecil Gaby both of Logansport and Wayne Gaby of Elkhart.
Cremation was chosen without visitation or funeral services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
