Violations found: C – dripping occurring in deli case, to be corrected by Jan. 30; C – food contact surfaces need to be clean to sight and touch, to be corrected by Jan. 25; R – non-food contact surfaces need to be cleaned often enough to prevent accumulation of residue, to be corrected by Jan. 30; NC/R – remove all litter and items that are unnecessary to operation of establishment, to be corrected by March 1; NC – faucet leaking at three-compartment sink, to be corrected by March 1; NC/R – remove soil/residue from floors and wall where it has accumulated, to be corrected by March 1; NC – non-food contact surfaces need to be corrosion-resistant, non-absorbent and smooth, replace racks in meat cutting room, to be corrected by March 1; NC/R – repair back door so no gap at bottom, to be corrected by March 1.
