Violations found: C – expired/discolored meat (pre-cooked) found in reach in cooler and walk in cooler, corrected/discarded; NC – need to obtain food thermometer with thin tip for thin food like hamburgers, to be corrected by Aug. 1; C/R – salad prep cooler is too warm, corrected.
Wings Etc. Grill and Pub
Location: 1925 Melody Lane, Greenfield
