Caroline H. Sutton, 73, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at her home in Indianapolis. She was born July 19, 1937, to the late Richard and Marian (Weuthrick) Tetzloff in Winamac, Ind.
She served for 34 years as a school bus driver for Lawrence Township Schools and was a member of Woodbury Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, David L. Sutton, whom she married on Feb. 23, 1957, in Lafayette; son, Michael Sutton of Greenfield; daughter, Amy (Matt) Gilmore of McCordsville; three granddaughters; brothers, Andy (Vickie) Tetzloff of Lafayette and Peter Tetzloff of Reynolds; and sister, Ethel Lemning of Elkin, N.C.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Tetzloff.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at Woodbury Community Church, Woodbury. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., with calling from 10 a.m., on Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, at the church. Burial will follow at Old Oaklandon Cemetery.
