HANCOCK COUNTY — An Indianapolis man who court records say was involved in a motorcycle crash in the county in June of 2022 is now suing the Indiana Department of Transportation, the state of Indiana and the Hancock County Commissioners.

New Palestine PD golf outing to raise funds for K-9 program

NEW PALESTINE — The New Palestine Police Department is inviting everyone to join its K-9 Golf Outing. The event starts at 9 a.m. July 11 at The Links Golf Club, 111425 North PR Links Lane, New Palestine. All proceeds from the golf tournament will go to the NPPD K-9 Fund, which is operated by donations and seizure monies. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. There will be prizes, a raffle and more. Contact New Palestine Police officer Tyler Batton at [email protected] or call 317-861-4225 for more information. Cost is $75 per golfer and $300 for a full team.
