HANCOCK COUNTY — Pennsy Trails of Hancock County Inc. is hosting a pie fundraiser to assist in its efforts of raising $200,000 to match a federal grant.
Pies are $16 and will be made fresh by Gray’s Cafeteria in Mooresville. Orders are due by Dec. 13. Pies available are apple, cherry, pumpkin, pecan, peanut butter, blackberry, sugar-free apple and sugar-free cherry pie. Checks should be made to Pennsy Trails of Hancock County Inc.
Pickup will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Dec. 21 at 82 W. Main St., New Palestine (the former fire station located at the intersection of Gem Road and U.S. 52). For those who order at least three pies, delivery is available on request.
