Yvonne and Bryan Hutson

Gospel duo to sing at Mohawk

MOHAWK — Bryan Hutson will sing at Mohawk United Methodist Church in the 9 a.m. service June 16, which is Father’s Day.

Hutson will be accompanied by his wife, Yvonne Hutson. They have been ministering together since 2016. Through their music, their goal is sharing the Gospel and also encouraging Christians.

The Hutsons are featured musical artists at the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky, and aboard the “Singing At Sea” Gospel Cruise. They also appeared at last summer’s Music at Mohawk series.

Readers of The Singing News magazine nominated the Hutsons in the Top 10 for “Favorite Duet” in 2024.

The church will receive a “love offering” to show apprecation to the Hutsons.

The church is located at 2045 W. CR 400N, Greenfield.

Mohawk concerts start today

MOHAWK — The Music at Mohawk concert series returns this year and kicks off Saturday (June 15). CR 400N, Greenfield.

Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn seating such as blankets or chairs, and may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. A tip jar will be out for the audience to show appreciation and offset costs.

Concerts take place at the church’s west lawn and shelter house. Parking is available in the south church parking lot, with parking for people with disabilities west of the church.

Restrooms are available, and children can play on the church playground.

Other concerts in the series include Patchwork on July 27 and The Occasional Blues Band on Aug. 17.
