MV enrollment applications opening

FORTVILLE – Mt. Vernon schools have announced windows of time in which families that are out of district but would like to transfer to the corporation may apply.

The first window is April 12-22, while the second window is May 3-13. Parents and guardians will need to complete a separate application for each student who currently lives outside of the school district, or who anticipates moving out of the district before the 2024-25 school year begins. By completing an application, students are entered into a pool and requesting to attend the schools. It does not guarantee enrollment, but priority will be given to current out-of-district and transfer students, their siblings and employees’ children. All applicants will receive notice by May 31.

Visit mvcsc.k12.in.us for details, or visit the website during the windows to apply.
