The State of Indiana recently filed cases against the following people in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
Feb. 26
Jason T. Winters, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, no valid driver’s license.
Bailey Scott Lyle, theft with a prior conviction, possession of paraphernalia.
Rauland Laymon Barton, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Erika Marie Kemerly, theft with a prior conviction (four counts).
William Rather, strangulation, domestic battery, intimidation, harassment by telephone call.
Feb. 27
Murtuza Kamal Shaikh, strangulation, domestic battery.
Anna Waugh, resisting law enforcement.
Montreal Laron Wilson, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Davinder Singh, domestic battery, battery.
Randal Dana Germany, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Feb. 28
Jacob M. Hull, resisting law enforcement (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of syringe, possession of a device used to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening, reckless driving at unreasonable speed.
Feb. 29
Oksana May Johnson, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
