Third graders at Eden Elementary School recently celebrated Dr. Seuss for Read Across America Day, and made oobleck – or slime– in honor of the book “Bartholomew and the Oobleck.” They learned the states of matter – solid, liquid and gas – and how their concoction is categorized as a “Non-Newtonian Fluid.” The Daily Reporter frequently features photos of the local community, taken by members of our community.
