James Trives Rogers, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, false identity statement with intent to mislead public servants.
Paul A. Vela Jr., resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving at unreasonable speed, reckless driving in and out of traffic.
