Katherine Rae Brown, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Joseph C. Ellerman, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident (two counts).
Willie James Carter III, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana.
Jonathan Edward See, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, resisting law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia.
Nicholas James Thomas, disorderly conduct engaging in fighting or tumultuous conduct.
James Scott Sharp, disorder conduct engaging in fighting or tumultuous conduct.
Jose Alfedo Bojorquez Orellana, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, speeding in a school zone.
Aaron Wayne Snider, intimidation, threat to commit a forcible felony.
Michael Anthony Bowling, unlawful possession of syringe, possession of a narcotic drug, reckless driving.
Samuel D. Rifner, possession of cocaine, paraphernalia, marijuana.
Jesse Ray Claunch Jr., criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, intimidation (two counts).
Melinda Kay Slover, possession of a narcotic drug, methamphetamine, syringe, controlled substance, paraphernalia.
