Hope M. Fryman, false identity statement with intent to mislead public servants, leaving the scene of an accident, two counts; false informing.
Anna Waugh, disorderly conduct engaging in fighting or tumultuous conduct.
Gary Wesley Davisson, driving while suspended with a prior conviction, operating a vehicle with a fictitious plate.
Jaquail J. Washington, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
