Ahmed Abdullah, reckless driving, speeding in a school zone, operating with expired plates.
Amanda L. Reed, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Joseph Barry Hall, intimidation.
Deandre C. Reynolds, driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Navdeep Singh, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Aug. 29
William John Kolacek, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Joshua Edward Stollings, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, minor consuming alcohol, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Joshua Leon Hart, invasion of privacy.
Joy Elizabeth Smith, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, failure to reduce speed for authorized emergency vehicle.
