GREENFIELD
Tina (May) Redmon, 55, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023. She died under the care of a medical team who exhausted all resources to support her difficult, but short battle with end-stage organ dysfunction.
Tina was an impressive cook who never needed a recipe; she had great instincts about many things, including what would taste good in her home-cooked meals. Like her mother, she enjoyed gardening. She was always so proud of her first little peppers or strawberries of the season. Tina worked many years in the banking industry followed by being a tax preparer. She was brilliant and talented in most everything she tried.
Tina is survived by her husband, Marty Charlton; father, John (Merryn) May; children, Jacquelyn (Paul) Weller and Jeannie Redmon; grandchildren, Evan and Ezra Weller; her sibling, Wayne (Lori) May; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and family members through marriage.
Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Rose (Spears-May) Ruddell; paternal grandparents, Maurice May and Edna Bogie; maternal grandparents, Mary and Zeb Spears; and an angel baby.
Family will host a Celebration of Life and Open House on Sunday, May 21, 2023, from 4-7pm at the White River Yacht Club at 1400 East 74th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
