Dine to donate event for service learning class

GREENFIELD – Jersey Mike’s Subs in Greenfield will host a donation event today in which 15 percent of all food sales will be donated to an animal care project by Greenfield-Central students.

The event is 3-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 26 at the restaurant, 1785 Melody Lane, Greenfield. Proceeds go toward a G-C JAG class service learning project, which is creating animal care kits that will go to local animal shelters in Hancock County.

Dance club to sponsor craft fair

GREENFIELD – The 37th annual Riley Wranglers Arts and Craft Fair is coming up.

The event, sponsored by the Riley Wranglers Square Dance Club, will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 6 at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 Apple St., Greenfield. The fair will include more than 100 booths of arts, crafts, baked goods, home improvement items and more, as well as food trucks.

Spring carnival to benefit Zoey’s Place

GREENFIELD – Zoey’s Place Child Advocacy Center will host a spring carnival from 1-4 p.m. May 20.

The event will be at the Hancock County Fairgrounds in Greenfield. Tickets are $1 at the carnival, but family bundle packages are available for multiple tickets and food.
