GREENFIELD – This week is the final opportunity to share your opinion on the health needs of Hancock County.
Members of the community are encouraged to take a survey to help local officials evaluate the health needs of Hancock County. The deadline to participate has been extended to March 17.
Every three years, communities are mandated by the state legislature to conduct a community health needs assessment, and submit how the community plans to address those needs.
A new questionnaire for the 2023-2026 assessment is available at www.surveymonkey.com/r/hancockchna2023. Hancock Health officials are looking for a broad spectrum of the community ages 14 and older.
