GREENFIELD — Officials with the Greenfield Police Department welcomed two new members to the force recently, Jeremy Oakes and Preston Crafton. Both men were officially sworn in early this week by Mayor Chuck Fewell. Patrolman Oakes joins the department with five years of previous law enforcement experience and is a military veteran. Patrolman Crafton is new to law enforcement and is also a military veteran, officials with the GPD said.
