New Palestine lost its first girls basketball game of the 2023 portion of its schedule Tuesday.
The Dragons lost 56-48 at Triton Central.
Isabella Gizzi hit five 3-pointers and led New Palestine with 23 points. Vivian Miller scored 12.
New Palestine is 8-9 on the season and plays Friday against Pendleton Heights at Pendleton Heights Middle School.
