Blood drives coming up in McCordsville
MCCORDSVILLE – Two blood drives are coming up in the McCordsville area.
The Bay Creek East Blood Drive is 2-6 p.m. Dec. 28 at 9895 N. Anchor Bend, McCordsville. Hancock County Wellness Center will host a blood drive 2-6 p.m. Dec. 29 at 8505 N. Clearview Drive, McCordsville.

Tri Kappa scholarships available
GREENFIELD – Tri Kappa, a local service sorority, is seeking applicants for state scholarships to be awarded for the 2023-24 school year.
The student must be a college sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited baccalaureate or graduate program to apply. A student with interrupted studies of at least five years but enrolled for 2023-24 may also apply. Past recipients may also request an application.
There are three different scholarships available: an academic scholarship; a fine arts scholarship for those majoring in dance, drama, music or art; and a scholarship for those wishing to teach music.
Current college students can request an application by emailing Heather Seib at [email protected]. The application must be completed and returned by Jan. 31, 2023.
