FORTVILLE — The Fortville Police Department has extended the application deadline for its annual Shop with a Public Safety Officer holiday program to Dec. 3.
The event will start at 8 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Fortville Police Department, followed by breakfast at McDonald’s in Mt. Comfort and then shopping at Walmart in Greenfield.
Applications available at fortvilleindiana.org/fortville-police-department and the utility office at Fortville Town Hall, 714 E. Broadway. The event is available to children in Vernon Township, although the FPD will consider overflows from similar public safety departments’ events.
