LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Crider should have supported constitutional carry

To the Editor:

The Greenfield state senator who claims to support the 2nd Amendment has shown his true colors, and voted against Constitutional Carry in our state. Mike Crider has chosen to not back the constitutional right to bear arms, but the law was passed anyway by the state senate and sent to the governor’s desk for signature. It is difficult to understand why Crider would do this, as just last week Ohio passed a CC bill, like 21 other states have done. No state has repealed a CC bill over problems, and the crime rates have actually gone down where it is in effect. I hope the voters of Hancock Co. will remember this anti-freedom vote by Crider, and replace him with someone who does support the constitution and freedom to bear arms in our country.
