McCORDSVILLE — The McCordsville Building Improvement Grant program is now open to applications.
The BIG program is designed to stimulate investment and initiate aesthetic improvement to buildings in McCordsville. For small to mid-sized projects, the program provides a 75% reimbursement of total approved actual project costs up to a maximum of $1,000 per business/building owner. For large projects, the program provides a 50% reimbursement of total approved actual project costs up to a maximum of $5,000 per business/building owner ($10,000 total project cost).
