MT. COMFORT – A Mt. Comfort Elementary School family got a new furnace just in time for Christmas thanks to local bus drivers and Butler MK Heating and Air.
Bus drivers for the elementary school strive to help a family in need every Christmas, and last month they heard of a family that had been heating their home with space heaters due to their furnace being unrepairable and they couldn’t afford a new one.
Bus drivers contacted Gabe Muterspaugh, Mt. Vernon tennis coach and co-owner of Butler MK Heating and Air. The crew assessed the family’s home and had a new furnace installed within a week.
