The Indiana Cheer Championship takes place today (Saturday, Nov. 6) at New Castle High School.
All four Hancock County schools are competing in the contest, hosted by the Indiana Association of School Principals.
Last weekend, the cheer team from New Palestine Junior High School placed second among large schools at the 2021 Indiana Cheer Championship for junior high and junior varsity teams.
