Kelly Marie Lenard, theft with a prior conviction.
Jasveer S. Dhessi, auto theft.
Sukhdeep Singh, auto theft, no valid driver’s license.
Brett Waggoner, theft.
Jennifer Irene Robbins, possession of a controlled substance.
Lee White, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Jaden-Kai Enrique Nathanael Talamantes, reckless driving, speeding in a school zone.
Yauncy P. Alkire III, possession of paraphernalia.
Sept. 22
Noah J. Gerbrandt, criminal recklessness, reckless driving.
Jarrod Kane Powell, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe.
Hollie Ann Knox, theft with a prior conviction, false informing.
Margelin L. Pernalete Pinto, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, speeding in a school zone.
Monty L. Kirk, driving while suspended, speeding in a school zone.

Brian Michael Hammans, stalking, harassment by telephone.
