Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch spoke to a meeting of the Hancock County Young Republicans on Thursday, July 22. Crouch, whose role includes overseeing the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs, spoke about its recent efforts to expand rural broadband access as well as the state’s budget surplus and her work on the developmental disabilities task force.
