McCORDSVILLE — The rescheduled Great American Campout and Movie Night will be Saturday, July 24.
The event is a collaboration between the town of McCordsville and Fortville/Vernon Township Public Library. Setup for the campout will begin at 6 p.m. and the movie (“The Secret Life of Pets”) will begin around 9:15 p.m.
Registration for the campout is required, but the movie requires no registration. Registration can be completed on the “Great American Campout and Movie Night” Facebook page.
Kona Ice and Tasty Tays BBQ Food Truck will be on hand, and organizers are looking for other food trucks as well. Once Upon a Party will offer face painting.
