Ernest L. Bishop, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, improper or no tail or plate light, improper display of license plate.

Joshua J. Hauck, invasion of privacy.

Tammy S. Ivey, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person, leaving the scene of an accident.

Christopher D. Irlbeck, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.
