Jonathon M. Leonard, operating an off-road vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating an off-road vehicle on public highway, street or right-of-way.
Joshua M. Foshee, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Feb. 9
Abraham P. Ceta-Castro, reckless driving at an unreasonably high or low speed so as to endanger safety, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, speeding.
Edward J. Mutschler, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.
Richard A. Walda, possession of methamphetamine.

Caleb T. Tapp, reckless driving, speeding.
Esmelin Quez, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Brandon M. Hord, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia.
