Registration open for decorating contest
NEW PALESTINE — New Palestine Main Street and the New Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce have opened registration for the second annual Bob Kingry Light the Night Contest.
Register by Dec. 10 by calling the chamber at 317-861-2345 or emailing [email protected].
Judging will be for Most Festive and Community Spirit and will take place on Dec. 11. Prizes will be awarded the following week.
The event is named after a New Palestine resident whose elaborate holiday displays were a community staple for years. He died in 2017.
