Downtown boutique closing

GREENFIELD — Lemon Lane Boutique is closing its Greenfield location at the end of the month, the store announced on its Facebook page.

The store said in the post that being closed during the first couple months of the COVID-19 pandemic allowed for plenty of time for reflection and led to the conclusion that store representatives were stretched a bit too thin with other responsibilities.

Starting Sept. 1, the boutique will go back to one store — its original location in Shelbyville.

Lemon Lane Boutique opened its Greenfield location at 113 W. Main St. in 2017.

The Shelbyville store is located at 114 S. Harrison St.
