A plea agreement to settle a case against Iran Leroy Taylor, who pleaded guilty last week in the death of New Castle man in a vehicle crash earlier this year, could include punishment beyond a prison term recommended in the agreement. A headline on a story July 29 may have created the impression the sentence was more limited.
