GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Highway Department will partially close County Road 300W from June 30 through July 1 for refinishing.
The road will be narrowed to one lane from County Road 300N to Interstate 70. County engineer Gary Pool said the department will plan to keep the northbound lane open in the morning and the southbound lane open in the evening to accommodate rush-hour traffic. Detour signs will also be posted to help travelers find alternate routes.
Striping will also be repainted after the work is completed. All work is dependent on weather.
