Sought-after property sells for $9.85 million

The auction attracted 59 registered bidders to Adaggios Banquet Hall and Conference Center, and 10 emerged as successful buyers of tracts. Elanco Animal Health owned the land, which is located south of U.S. 40 near Meridian Road.

About half the buyers were farmers seeking cropland, according to the release. Also selling were wooded tracts and others with commercial buildings.
